Straw and stainless steel.
I have the 32 oz and 18 oz. I enjoy the 18 oz during the day because of the straw factor. This is a great way to keep track of your water intake. I keep glass bottles filled with cold filtered water in the fridge. The stainless steel keeps it cold!

Easy to use.
I drink more water with this bottle. Happy about that.

This is a dumb item
Thought I might get a benefit from this. However, the first thing I noticed is that the bottle was dirty somehow? Like it had brown fingerprint dirt on the outside of the bottle. The capacity is REALLY small, so if you need to use this for hydration, you will be filling it often. The charging system works, but when I reviewed the manual (which had very little info) it seems like all the instructions were in the app.I hate this. You're asking me to install an app, but I want to know how it works first before installing.Overall build quality seems nice, but it is NOT dishwasher safe, so I have to clean by hand. Who knows what that schmutz is? I'm not confident I can clean it off if it can't go in the dishwasher.

Keeps me honest on my water intake
This has been such a help with tracking my water intake. My only complaint is that I wish I could swap the water tracking ability to my other "analog" water bottles because sometimes I like to freshen up my day with a different water bottle.Tracking is great and the water bottle is actually fairly sturdy. I was worried about dropping it and breaking it but I can report that after several drops (mostly indoors) the bottle and tracking function are working just fine.Battery lasts a long time. The app is simple enough and easy to navigate. Adding water manually to the app is also an option if you're swapping between water bottles. The LED reminder on the bottle itself is subtle and isn't distracting to others (it's a "breathing" kind of light, very soft and soothing - unlike another tracker I've used that aggressively strobs until you can get it to register a drink). Response is quick - there's no weird tilting tricks you have to do to get it to register and calculate a drink. The pressure plate in the bottom of the bottle is very responsive. It insulates pretty well, but doesn't hold a lot of water (this unit is 18 oz) so the temperature is not really a problem. Without the filter, there's not a lot of components on the inside so I'll sometimes add water enhancers in this bottle since it's so easy to keep clean. The overall look is simple without being too basic. The app really keeps me honest - there's pleny of time I THINK I've been drinking enough water only to pull the app up and my current count is way lower than I convinced myself. The only flaw is that I do have to fill this a lot more often to get to my water goals. This brand has larger bottles and although the size of this one is really convenient, I think when this bottle finally decides to break I will for sure be looking for a larger one from WATERH (which are available at the time of this posting).

Smart functions could be improved....
The insulated water bottle market is flooded with products. This one stands out with its smart feature, but there are just a few bugs that i noticed.First of all, as an insulated water bottle, it works just as well as an average water bottle. it held water temperature well. This only holds 18 oz, and based on my app, i have to drink 94 fl oz. So, i am constantly refilling this bottle. Build quality is top notch and has a unique design to it. It feels very ergonomic while holding the bottles. the grooves feels good to hold and adds an extra grip. The lids is solid plastic with a rubbery loop handle. the base of the bottle has the integrated light at the bottom with the electronic. the base has a rubbery pad which helps grip to the surface (and assuming this is where the sensor also). It does wobble and rock for a bit once you place it on a flat surface. This also comes with the charging pad. I have been using the bottle for a few weeks now, and havent had a need to charge it. so i mainly use the wireless charging pad as a coaster (unplugged). Needless to say, the battery on the water bottle holds its charge for a while.Onto the smart functions of this bottle. This is where i had some notes as it is what makes it stand out to the rest of insulated water bottle....1.) I've set the unit to imperial. However, the temperature still reads in Celsius and there doesn't seem to be a way to change it?2.) Accuracy for water dispensed is a hit or miss. After i calibrated the water bottle, and took a few sips, the bottle reported i drank 13 oz already. i can only assume that volume is based on weight. so depending on the situation, it records well and something off.3.) Delayed recording. Take a drink, put it down and wait for a a second or two for the light. thats the indication that it sent or recorded data. This is the same when you refill the bottle. You have to fill, set it down and wait for the recording. Sometimes, i just want to drink water soon after i fill the bottle. In some ways, this slows me down from drinking. due to having to wait...4.) reminder light could be extended. the reminder light is a nice visual to drink. however, it turns off and i usually miss it. I have set the reminder to be every hour. only a few times that when i see the light turn on to be reminded. in other times, it just turns off after awhile, only to be reminded in the next hour. i wish they utilize this light more. maybe keep it on until it detects usage. or even have the light pulse for work out mode for example. definitely more opportunities to make use of this light.5.) Data reporting/recording. The app records the time and fluid intake. i wish it also tracked the water temperature and show on the graph.I do like this water bottle and i look forward to its further development. In a world of trendy and expensive water bottles, this one actually offers something different from a technology point of view. Its intended purpose is to encourage me to drink, i can say that i have been drinking more water in general. Overall, its actually a decent value for a well built insulated water bottle + Tech/Electronics + Water Filter.
