This was my first time order and experience with this company and after reading a lot of positive reviews i did see some reviewers that were not that happy with how theirs arrived or packaged or plant selection . Well that was not my Experience at all . My succulents arrived 1 day after ordering and they were nicely packaged and secured , There was no loose soil in the box or within the shredded crinkle paper they used to ensure safe transport . The plants arrived looking very healthy looking and all intact . No fallen off pedals or leaves or broken stems / trunk . Every plant looks thriving and alive . Quite happy overall with the 6 random plant selection they picked out for my first time order ( could have been worse i suppose ) I don't know all their names but there was a mixture of large pedal ground cover plant , There are taller leafy plants , one looks like a type of jade . My plan is to repot some of these in their own container and use 2-3 in a larger sized pot together to give a look and feel of a mini succulent garden with room for them to grow and spread out together . So my experience with this company and the plant selection has been very positive and enjoyable ... i would definitely order from them again , i feel this was a decent value for plant size and health and i can't wait to give them a little drink and some sunshine and watch them perk up even more and thriving over the next couple days and weeks , Will update my review if anything negative happens to them in the next few days but that would most likely be my fault and not the company's fault for sending out a bad product or unhealthy looking plants because as of the time of writing this review ( day 2 ) they all look to be doing quite well and looking healthy . My plants arrived safe and sound. They were all beautiful, and completely undamaged. Really, the quality I received was impressive. Not only is their packaging up to the task of shipping live plants, but the plants I received were the best of their type. I am very satisfied and would order from them again. The fact that buying these plants also helps animals in shelters is just a great bonus.

Succulents arrived in poor condition and have now failed. They were a gift for my daughter. Can they be replaced?

They arrived wrapped in soft paper towel and only had small foliage breakoffs. Overall came in acceptable condition despite unavoidable shipping damage. Very happy! Will transplant them once they recover from shipping. Great selection by the staff! All cute and matches my bowl colour! The green and red will look great in the planter I selected!
