This is a great book for new teachers. The Kindle version does not have page numbers.

I had to purchase this book for one of my graduate classes. Overall the book was easy to read and had a nice flow. It contained pertinent information, and when finished, I felt as if I had learned quite a for things. While it was great overall, I would not recommend buying it unless you have to.
