I ordered this borage oil supplement from Carlyle after learning about how beneficial it can be as a supplement. I was hoping that it might help with arthritic inflammatory pain. To get the 2000 mg you have to take 2 softgels, and they are quite large. I appreciate that Carlyle provides so much information about their supplements, including each section of the label. The gels are soft, but I can barely take 1 let alone 2. I can still used the borage oil in my DIY skincare by poking open the gel cap. So it's not a total waste for me. This is a good product and a good value, especially if large supplement pills are not an issue for you.

Our bodies must need more healthy oils, if our skin is dry. Since I started taking borage oil capsules every day, I’m seeing definite improvement in my skin.

I recommend this to my patients for memory and mental fogginess. It does not raise blood pressure as ginsing (also used for memory) does. And it has the benefits of the Omegas to help in other ways. Good product. I take it myself and encourage others to do so as well.
