Got this for my PMDD and over the course of 3 months drinking this daily my symptoms improved a lot.

Chasteberry arrived well packaged in a resealable bag paper on the outside the tea bags are sturdy chasteberry smells sweet similar to licorice but when a earthy flavor and undertone I would recommend this herb and myself would purchase again the only con I see is the expiration date is close purchased in September 2025 expiration 1/26

This tea was recommended by my chiropractor to help keep my bladder infections at bay. The calm, relaxation that comes with a cup of tea is a pleasant way to wind down at the end of a busy day.

Didn't love the flavor of this. Also, golden rod is supposed to be good for congestion. This tea didn't help at all. I had high hopes, but I definitely won't be buying it again.
