Great product, great service
Not only is the glass huge but the customer service is amazing at ARC International. My girlfriend thinks its hysterical and uses it all the time. The glass is a bit thin so it must be handled delicately. We accidentally knocked it over on the counter after opening it while reaching for a different present and it shattered. Customer service reached out to me to ask how the product was and I had to regrettably tell them it shattered before we used it and sent them a picture of it in the email showing the pieces (they didnt ask for it). They sent me a brand new one for free! Great glass, great company.

Wine
I did read the reviews prior to purchasing and even though the glasses are dishwasher safe, I plan to wash mine by hand. I purchased mine as gifts for several of my friends and they loved them and we had a glass of wine to “test” out our glasses. They arrived completely in one piece...packed securely. Very pleased with my order.

Thin junk. Not worth the money. First one showed up at my doorstep in pieces. They were awesome and sent a new one but the second one was VERY thin and not sturdy. Broke in no time at all.
