This arrived broken, and in a different color than pictured. My daughter was very disappointed. This is blue, not white.

LOVE IT! , but color is darker!
Lovely and quite strong! My first time buying a phone charm but it's very cute. It's pretty long but "charm" ing! Do note though it is slightly deeper blue than the photo. From my phone camera it looks like #4A8F98 if anyone wants a hex code.

i love this charm so much it is the cutest thing ever. when i originally ordered this product, my package went missing during shipping. i contacted the seller and they got back to me within 2 days! they were very polite and offered me some options, a refund or to send another. i chose the latter, and shortly after received my item! very great customer service and very happy with this purchase.
