We are selling 6 x confetti filled balloons that come with free ribbon. They come deflated. They can have air pumped into them or helium. The helium will make them float. The air will not. They are 11" in size. We only use a very high quality balloon. We recommend blowing with air first using a hand pump to create the static inside to make the confetti stick and then deflating and adding your helium. This allows the static to get the confetti to stick inside the balloon better. We have other colours available - see our other listings.
