This is the best oregano oil on the market. After I read Dr. Cass Ingrams book ‘The Cure is in the Cupboard’ - I found out that the quality of the oregano oil is very important. It has to be wild, raw, and from the genetic source in the mountains of the Mediterranean. Since he is the world’s leading authority on wild oregano, I decided to try his brand. It’s potent and effective. Cleared my sinuses. I’m taking a few drops every evening with his black seed oil for gut health.

I had major sinus problems and couldn’t sleep. I read Dr Ingrams book and decided to give his signature oregano oil a try. I mixed this oregano oil with wildflower honey and took it for two days. I can breathe now. So happy. I will continue to take 2-3 drops a day. Unlike antihistamines, this attacks the root of the problem. And no side effects since it’s just concentrated mountain oregano. Highly recommend!

PSA - If you have never consumed pure black seed oil in liquid form DO NOT shake up the bottle and pour yourself a teaspoon full and swallow it. I lit my throat up like like drinking a teaspoon of habanero pepper juice (or perhaps liquefied ghost peppers) or swallowing a teaspoon of pure cinnamon oil.Needless to say, I immediately started drinking LOTS of chilled (3x – 20oz cups of water) quickly followed by many bland granola bars. My throat continued to burn at a lower rate while I searched the internet for like experiences. It turns out that the superior quality products, like Purely Wild, have this effect on many people, when consumed in pure form (especially by first time users). After quite a bit of reading, I learning that many black seed products are sold in capsule form, or low quality liquid form where the “burning throat” factor is negated.Please do yourself a favor, if your new to pure black seed oil - mix it in water or another beverage or a smoothie before consuming it. You’ll thank me later.All that said – I am fine now (about an hour later) my throat is still a little sore. Additionally, I am very excited about this product and will use it for at least a week before updating my review. Obviously, I won’t be swallowing a teaspoon straight out of the bottle again. Hopefully, you won’t either.

Don’t feel any difference, expensive no effect ! May be I got spoiled one there was some sediment on top !

This is very good for the immune system. Works great for kids 3 & old who’s in daycare or school.

This is my favorite brand of oregano oil that I have tried. Will be repurchasing.
