PearsOriginal Body Wash (500ml)

I'm very happy with this soap. I had concerns about whether it would smell like the Pears bar soap since I like that very much. I posted a question asking buyers whether it matched the bar soap. One said yes, one said no, one said maybe, kinda. Oh well. I took the plunge anyway. I can say that it does NOT smell like the bar soap but the smell is very pleasant anyway. It looks like there isn't much soap in the bottle but I have found that a little goes a long way and I'm very, very happy to have a Pears alternative to the Pears bar soap. Very pleased and highly recommended.

Love this soap. One squirt onto a puff and it lathers up well. I love the smell, and it doesn't dry out my skin. I can't find it locally, so I'll be back again and again to order here. I recommend for anyone with sensitive skin or anyone who just enjoys the scent. Very nice.

The first time I ordered. The bottle was cracked. Visible on outside of box. Disappointed that amazon had me return leaking bottle. Should've had me toss it since about a fourth had leaked out. Ordered a replacement. The product is excellent. You'll never use another bodywash once you try it

I trust this brand, there are not a lot of chemical additives. It doesn't foam much, so it's not my favorite, but hubs loves it, so we will always have it.

Smells nice

I have used the Pears soap for 50 years. Like the original but Unilever acquired them along that timeline and changed the formula 12 years ago. Still functioned the same but the fragrance lost quite a bit of it’s uniqueness. I opted to continue using it because it was part of my childhood and beyond. Then I tried this shower gel version a few weeks ago. It works well, but the fragrance is even less distinctive. So much so that I will not by it again.

Take a look at how much is missing. I gave it 2 because it arrived. Not cool. Some was taken out.

I'm sure it would be just fine for most, I am very sensitive to fragrances and didn't care for the scent.
