Perfect, took the other steamer I bought from another store and got this one. Love the compactness of it and it really steams the wrinkles out of my clothes, including denim. Works amazing! I had a dress that was folded and stored for more than a year and had stubborn wrinkles. I was able to remove them in about 3 to 5 minutes with this steamer.This also doesn’t take long to warm up. It took about 20 seconds.I was concerned with the steamer leaving an after-smell but it didn’t. My dress wasn’t wet either after using this. I’ll be using this for my trip to Italy, especially since my flight will take about 9 hours and my clothes will get wrinkles. It’s super compact, works with the Italy electric voltage.

This steamer heats up fast, is easy to use, and works well. I've used handheld steamers for many years and was in the market to replace a small one that stopped working.Pros:-Compact design-Ease of use-2 steam settings-Successfully removed wrinkles from silk, cotton, polyester, and linen. Many travel steamers aren't strong enough to fully steam my pants, so this was a win.Cons:-Quite heavy for something that is marketed as a "travel steamer". I ended up putting it in my checked bag for my last 2 trips because of the size/weight-The hot plate where the steam comes out is seriously dangerous. I've never had a steamer with a metal plate on the end, and wouldn't buy another after having this one. It's marketed as an "iron" feature, but just picture the handle of an iron being 2" from the metal plate and then waving it in the air repeatedly. Because of the weight of the steamer head, it naturally is top heavy. Not ideal.-Tons of reviews about the broken steamer head where it attaches to the wand. Now that I've used it, I can see how easily this would happen and I'm expecting the mechanism to eventually fail from repeated twisting.

This item has worked absolutely great for my wife and I when we travel out of town. It works so well we use it at home too all the time. Their customer service is top notch, as the item comes with a 2-year warranty. My steamer head became loose and unusable and their support team sent me a new one right away. I simply went to their site and created a support request explaining that my steamer no longer worked and Jaina from their support team was able to help me out quickly and easily. Excellent product, excellent value.

Great steamer! Bought this for our trip to Italy and it worked perfectly! It’s a little on the heavy/bulky side, but it handles well and I appreciate being able to turn the steamer head either vertically or horizontally. Long cord so plenty or range and it’s dual voltage, so I was able to use it in Europe with a plug adapter with no problems. Love the color combo too!

This steam iron is FANTASTIC! It heats quickly has three settings, actually steams out wrinkles. Easy to fill and so easy to use. Clothes look like they are ironed. It's is weighted enough to help with the steam process and light enough for suitcase. I am so impressed!I'm going to buy another to keep in my closet for touch ups!

This little steamer works great. It heats up in under 30 seconds and on high, there’s quite a bit of steam which makes the job go quickly. I didn’t have any issues with clothing getting wet when using the steamer. It was just a tad heavier than I was thinking but I’ll still be bringing it on my next trip. I like how compact it is.
