The luggage is too big for its carrying handles. Not one, but both handles broke carrying HALF of the luggage's allowable space. It's suppose to carry 12 bottles of wine, and we only carried 5 bottles when both handles dislodged from their stowed positions. We returned from Europe this week...so our return could not be processed until today. I would like to send this back and get my money back. Box was thrown away.

This is a complete waste of money. One of the zippers broke before the first use. On the second use one of the handles broke. We were lucky that the suitcase arrived as the handle that broke had the flight tag attached. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

Well made does what it is supposed to do. Foam system protects bottles well.

The only redeeming quality of this product is the foam, the suitcase itself did not even make it through one trip

After 1 use it works as advertised. Time will tell how it holds up after multiple trips.

The handle Brock down at the first on a flight from Hou to Miami, the seller wanted to reimburse me with 50 dlls, then they where going to send me a new one, but I haven't heard from them.

I thought this was ridiculously priced but after looking at others online and in person I've learned that these cost way more than they should in general its not just this one.For its price compared to what I've found locally its actually really nice..Larger than I was expecting.Has an internal zippered cloth / elastic buckles on each side to keep things in place.Feels durable, haven't noticed anything that feels weak on it but don't plan going out of my way to beat it up either.Has a weird thing I pointed out in my photo that wasn't in the description, I have no idea what it is or what it does.Properly fits 12 standard 750ml wine bottles, 6 on each side. You can also remove the foam insert completely on either or both sides to use it like a normal one instead.Will also note that the foam insert doesn't have the wine bottle shape removed on arrival, you need to pull them out yourself. Completely filled my trash can with dense foam.All in all it looks like a great suitcase / wine suitcase.I'm docking 1 star over the thing I don't know what is that wasn't in the photos.
