Spellbinders EL-010 M-Bossabilities Reversible Embossing Folder, Paisley

I like to take my pictures and use a photo program to make themlook embossed and then I run them through the Big Shot withthis embossing folder and they have the look and feel ofan embossed picture...I will submit a picture if I can find outhow to do that...anyway, this is a really neat embossing folderand of course it can be used as it is to create a nice embossedcard.

I bought this Paisley embossing folder, but it does not work with my Cricut cuttlebug machine, right now. The folder is too thick to go thru machine, by using the 2 B folders and A spacer. I do not have the C spacer, so I will have to get that to see if that helps.

These reversible folders are very nice and inexpensive especially when you realize you are getting two for the price of one. They work very well and give a nice deep emboss. I love them and the fact that they are the larger 5 x 7 and not the very small A2 size.

Don't get fool by the sample picture. The product itself is white in color and made of thick plastic. I bought this thinking it was made of copper or aluminum bec of its gold/coppery color on the picture, but I was disappointed when it arrived. I never used them for the project I was making at that time.

I love the design on these embossing folder. The only problem is I have a cricut machine and the spellbiners folders are to THICK for the cricut machine. I would not recommend Spellbinder folders for the cricut machine. That is the only problem I have with them.

Two for one folder!! Love both patterns very much, both make a wonderful rich pattern. I will purchase more of these. You simply flip the folder over at the seam, insert your paper between the covers to go from pattern to the other. Brilliant!

It makes a crisp card ,but I found that if I put too much pressure as it is being run thru the cricket,it tends to "cut "like a die, rather than an embosser, so......BE CAREFUL !!
