I researched just about every one of these units Amazon sells. This one is the only one with a lifetime warranty! It’s affordable. It has two channels that you can adjust separately, so you could work on two areas at the same time. It’s very well-made. The quality is evident from the moment that you open it and look into the box! It reminds me of my iPhone 6 SE only it’s just a little bit smaller. It charges fast, lasts several sessions! No batteries to buy!I wouldn’t be too impressed by the models out there that say they have six Bajillion modes because, when it comes right down to it you’re only going to use two or three basic massages modes! This one has six with four variations of each that I found more than adequate for my neck and back pain relief.I can remember when these units were hundreds of dollars, And this one is $42.95 including the carrying case.I also researched the pads. I ordered Amazon’s Syrtenty snap electrodes 4.5” x 6” to go along with this machine. They’re great for my lower back.This machine has more than enough power to give you the workout you need with both channels running. It’s very simple to operate, and it comes with a belt clip so you can move around while you’re using it.In addition, it comes with a great acupuncture type chart that will show you precise places to put the pads on your body.The instruction manual is simple, well written, and I’m enjoying this particular unit very much.You can spend more money, but I don’t really think you need to. With this unit and the right extra pads you can be in good shape for under $75. I recommend it highly, give it an easy five stars!

My husband and I both needed a tens unit for different issues. This little unit is not one of the super expensive ones, but it seems to be working. I wish the directions would have been a little clearer, but I have figured it out. I am still wondering why there are two ports for the two electrical cords - can you use them both at once? Still not sure but we will keep working with it. The good news, is that both of us seem to be have resolving issues. I had to look up how often I can use it and find I can use it oftener than we have been, so here goes. The screen style is a little old school and you have to press the Mode button many times to get to the one you want, and if you miss the one you want, you have to go all the way through all the modes again. So, price is right, and eventually you figure it out without many directions, and pain is being relieved - which is the most important. Charges quickly.

This thing is amazing. I got one for my girlfriend to help with menstrual cramps, and on a whim I decided to get one for myself for random aches and pains.My knee started to hurt because I started jogging again. The pain was very bad. I could hardly walk. The muscles and tendons were very sore and taking a long time to heal. My job requires a lot of walking and it was extremely hard to do.I decided to try this out, and the pain relief was immediate. It's easier to use than I thought it would be. You just connect the wires to the electrode pads and to the device, wipe the skin with a damp rag, place the pads, then turn it on. Then you press the + button to raise the strength, and/or the M button to change the pulse setting.That's it.The electrode pads are easy to reuse at least 10 times each, and body hair isn't an issue. It doesn't hurt when you peel the pads off and it doesn't remove your hairs.It's very discreet if you place the pads under clothing. I leave the pads on all day at work and if my knee starts to hurt I just take 30 seconds to turn the device on and I can instantly walk again. I had it running for an entire 12 hours once and the battery was still at 2/3. It only took 15 minutes to recharge, too.I also used it on the back of my neck to relieve a headache that I had, and that worked too.Also, you can use it on airplanes once you're past security, so that's a huge bonus for my job.Give it a shot. You won't be disappointed.

I recently injured my back and have been going to the chiropractor and the tens unit at his office is such a relief I had to look into getting one for my home. I found this one as well as many others on Amazon but decided to try this one based on reviews. What a wonderful surprise to find that this unit works perfect. It is just like I am at the Doctor's office getting a treatment. The battery life is hard to evaluate as I have used it for 6 days at 30 minutes each time and it seems the battery will never run out after the initial charge. I have not charged it again since receiving it as I just to see how many hours of use it will give before it is out of power.The pads that come with the unit are very sticky and I have used them for 6 days and they don't seem to be losing their sticking ability. I do reapply the clear plastic back on the pads after use for storage and I think that will keep the glue/goo re-useable for a long time. I did buy extra pads but think I won't be needing them for a long time as long as I don't get them dusty or oily (clean your skin before use).Pros: Great price, Numerous modes, Very strong pulsing if desired, terrific battery life, light weight and small, timer with several choices. Also goes from very little stimulation to electric chair strength stimulation (gets really STRONG if you want).Cons: I really cannot think of any except maybe a set of instructions would have been nice to see what each mode was supposed to do. The 4 different modes have to be tried out to see which you like the best.Bottom line: Great value, works great, well worth trying out. The lack of mode description is ok because it was interesting to go through all the modes and see what was best. I don't get to choose at the Doctor's office. This unit won't disappoint.
