Happy Motoring! Great value!
I've had this little bike for over 6 months now and i am happy with the purchase, all features were easy use. I especially loved the size of this bike, even my father a 70+ old man was able to get on/off easily and operate it without any difficulties. Additionally when I contacted the seller about the brake light and other issues and they came up with a solution very quickly! 100% satisfied with this purchase.

Motor stops working
So...I'd read the reviews on here about this product. Stupid me I took a chance as not all of them were bad but a low rating.Well today after not even two weeks the motor stopped working. Had to pedal to work, barely made it on time. Knees are killing me. I've contacted customer support, no response. Trying to get a refund now.Important not worth the time effort or risk. Doesn't work very well going up hill, gave to pedal to assist it up even smaller hill. Battery does not stay charged for more than maybe 5 miles?Extremely disappointed 😞Update**Well I waited to hear from FYU. i haven't so I contacted Amazon customer service and they are going to attempt to hear from DYU. If they don't, I'll be refunded. Extremely disappointed with my purchase.Another Update.....It's been over a month. Still trying to get a refund.IF YOU CONSIDER GETTING THIS BIKE I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE. Just my humble opinion...

Great deal!
I'm 6' tall, 230# and 75 years old. I've had back surgery and still have limited ability to walk. It seemed like a mobility scooter was the only option until we found the step-through electric bike. Most of the $1200 and over bikes had only the pedal assist mode so were no good for me. Then I found out about this bike with the added mode of "electric only". It's perfect for me! I can fold up the back seat and lift this bike in to take along. When I use it, I can keep the seat low enough that my feet can easily slide along the ground if necessary--on cement, hard pack, gravel and even grass.

Practical and useful design, but easily overheating motor a letdown
As small eBikes go, the design of this one is very practical for around-town riding: the step-through scooterish frame is super-easy to mount (even for family members with mobility issues), the integral lights are very handy (with a rear light that functions as a brake light, a safety plus you don't see on many eBikes), the integrated luggage rack is perfect for panniers (and saves you the $30+ of having to buy an accessory luggage rack), and there's even a frame loop around the seatpost as part of the rack that's ready-made for a u-lock or security chain to lock to. Not much more to wish for features-wise, in a light, compact roundabout-town eBike.Battery capacity at 7.5Ah, while claimed range is 15mi, in reality is really about half that - but this seems standard for pretty much every eBike or eScooter I've used so far: when they claim "up to x miles range", what they really mean is: "realistically, x/2 miles is all you'll really see," so I can't hold that against this eBike in particular. One aspect that I have found this eBike falls short compared to others I've used: with extended uphill use, this eBike's motor overheats *very* easily - you'll notice this when the protection circuit trips, and all power shuts off (when the motor cools a bit, you can use power again, until it overheats again, and so on). If all your riding is on flat level paths, you'll probably never notice this problem, but if your routes involve many and/or long hill ascents, you are quickly going to start cursing the cutoff circuit, as you'll be experiencing it constantly. This can happen as quickly as a half mile up a lightly sloped hill, and this eBike is the only one I've ridden that is *this* sensitive to overheating on ascents.Again, if the overwhelming majority of your riding will be on level ground, this will probably not be a problem for you; but if you normally ride hills, this is something you probably should consider, if you're thinking of getting this eBike to use where you are (I would certainly have liked to have known, before I bought mine).Aside from the super-easy overheating, this is otherwise a well-designed and highly practical eBike - if they only made it without that one glaring limitation, I'd be able to rate this eBike much higher than I do. FYI.

Headlights doesn’t work (returns is acceptable and they pay for return shipping)
01/12/2024 On the manual it said the button is for multiple purposes, so means its for the headlight but pressing it nothing happen. The rear light do lights up when pressing the break. The multipurpose button feels squishy not clicky not sure if thats normal, so I don't know if the problem is the button or the headlight. If I don’t get any help then I will be forced to return this.01/13/24Update: Return shipping from amazon is not the paid shipping label so you have to contact them.(return shipping label is paid by seller please see comments on 01/16/2024 below)01/14/2024Update: I looked up company policy and for return, they can issue a paid shipping label within 14 days with no dirt, under 10mile, all parts, original boxes all of it I got it checked out and covered, I contacted them via email. They Reply, I was told if I brought through Amazon then I should contact Amazon seller. Amazon seller responded for the delay response since its the weekend and ask if pressing and hold the button for 3 sec fixes the issue, unfortunately not.01/15/2024 Update: they responded that they will send a shipping label tomorrow. Adding 1 star.01/16/2024 Update: They send a paid shipping label through email, it was explained that since they are a 3rd party seller they cant issue an automatic paid shipping label from amazon and they have to send it to you manually. DYU has a strong costumer service. Adding 2 stars

This thing is a blast to ride !
Not a hill climber or off road bike, but on hard packed fairly level surfaces its a sheer blast to ride.

Poor!
Rode it for maybe 20 minutes before I gave up. Kept stopping and was hard to peddle! I had to sell them online for 100 less than I paid for them because it was going to cost us $250 each to ship. USPS wouldn’t even take them because they said they were too big to ship. Stay away from this bike!
