As I take a variety of supplements, it is difficult to isolate which product is the most effective, and this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.However, this is my second purchase and deep inside I must feel that it warrants the expense.Found it difficult to handle, the small scooper, is a little too small for it's use.I therefore use the tip of a knife, which I then immerse in a1/3 glass of water to dissolve. Once dissolve I drink the potion, which I soon got used to the taste.

I've been using Altai Shilajit Resin with Lion's Mane for a couple of months, and it's made a noticeable difference in my energy and focus.I feel more alert during the day and experience less fatigue after workouts.The combination of shilajit and Lion’s Mane has also helped reduce brain fog and improve my mood, making it easier to manage stress.While the earthy taste took some getting used to, mixing it into tea or smoothies worked well.Overall, it's been a great addition to my routine for both physical and mental well-being.

I stopped taking my handful various vitamins for a week, prior to trying out this 50g Shilajit resin, infused with Lions mane mushroom. I needed to see what it can do.I personally found mixing Shilajit in hot water less than 40°c made it easier to dissolve, and to preserve the nutrients and goodness. I found mixing it in colder drinks is difficult to dissolve. For the dosage and mixed into a small cup of hot water, it looks and tastes weak, which suits me. This probably suits many people better, especially if they can't stand bitterness, strong tastes or sweet.For the first 5 to 6 days of taking Shilajit day and night, I didn't feel much difference. Then boom! On day 7, I noticed my body energy increased in a uniform way, across the board. I also noticed it helped me sleep better and cope better, when I lacked enough sleep.I also noticed my digestive system seems to work better and I'm getting hungrier, sooner.This Shilajit has indeed given my overall system, a good boost and I'm very happy with this product. I seem to sleep more peacefully too.The price is what I expected it to be, considering it came in a 50g quantity little pot and infused with Lions mane mushroom. And a 6 month supply, is actually good value.I aim to take it religiously, every day and night.

The resin arrived in a small pot inside a cardboard box. Also included is a small spoon. So far I have tried it in coffee and in a glass of warm water. There is not nasty taste or bitter aftertaste. As with all supplements they can take time to work so it's a little early to feel the effectiveness of the product. Only using a small amount daily so even though its only 50g it will last ages. Would recommend.
