Truthfully, I was going to return this. I am 5’2” and my bottom kept sliding downAnd my legs felt like they were too short for the separation of the knee rests. I used it for a few hours over 3 days and finally adjusted to it, like another reviewer recommended. Best advice. My upper back pain, that I had experienced with my expensive (traditional) office chair, is now gone. The fabric is not the prettiest but the padding is very good and it was easy to put together, despite the confusing directions. I would recommend purchasing this if you have back pain. I also like that you can rock this chair. I recommend

Chair is super comfy. I used it in several one hour increments day one.My hips n back definitely felt better.Great fit for my 5"5' self but 6"6' son did not fitPlan to ease into using it for long periodsEdit I use this 4+ hours at a time after a few months, up to a 12 hour day, holds up to constant use by a full sized human.WELL worth the cost in comfort and reduction in hip and back pain. If it fits I'll buy the same exact one again. I tell everyone who has to sit at a desk to get one.The only down is that my body and face are closer to my camera then in the regular office chair so I have to readjust my computer camera but totally worth it

After years and years of sitting in an office chair, this kneeling chair is such a great albeit surprising change. I’ve been having a lot of lower back problems but I can use this kneeling chair for hours of no pain vs a regular chair where I would have to stop and stretch frequently.

Not the greatest quality product. I bought a more expensive brand for my home office and I can definitely tell the difference. This one is wobbly no matter how tight the screws are and the pads flattened in less than 2 weeks of use and I weigh 110 lbs. My fault for going cheap but wanted to warn others before they buy.

Excellent knee chair. I bought it because I had a problem with my hip when sitting. This chair is super comfortable and aligns my back with head and neck. Awesome..

This chair relieves the pressure on my lower back when I'm working on the computer. Great for meditating in as well, and the rocking motion is comforting.

One of the cross-braces wasn’t cut to the proper size and the edges weren’t mitered. The chair was impossible to assemble. Received as a gift, picture included as proof of purchase.

Mine broke after 8 months of daily use, but I’m 320 lbs, which is well above the weight limit. Good craftsman ship. The seat and knee cushions are at reasonable angles, unlike another brand I tried that forced my feet to be directly underneath the seat cushion… The padding in the right leg cushions started to slip to one side, but it was readjustable *shrug*, the curve of the wood was very smooth and well balanced, much better than a different brand I tried. Good thick cushions. The bolts needed to be retightened every couple weeks, but again, I’m above the weight limit, so that’s not surprising. The two separate knee pads make it much easier to get on and off, and sit in goofy autistic ways. The balancing and sway was so good for my ADHD, and my back posture improved dramatically in ways I hadn’t managed in over a decade. Love love loved using this chair. I’m buying a second one, and if it breaks again in 8 months, I’ll buy a third.
