Pros: Taste great. Convenient.Cons: I was surprised how small these were. In fact, two easily fit inside the 5g scoop that I use for my creatine powder. Hmmm… So I tossed two of them on my high sensitivity gram scale and guess what?! Exactly 5g. That would make sense if they were 100% creatine, but this is clearly not the case when you read the ingredient list. In fact, based on the taste, I’d say there’s more sweeteners and flavoring than there is creatine, which means they would have to weigh at least 10g+ to provide 5g of what I actually wanted. To me, this PROVES that the manufacturer is being dishonest. So what am I really getting with these? Is there any creatine? Hoping I can return these for a refund given the false advertising.
