Redoing the bathroom as I write this. Only 1 bath in the house so have to do the remodel in sections. I've been a contractor for nearly 30years. Recently installed a similar name brand fixture from a umbing supply house that cost $1500. This KES unit stands up to the name brand if not exceeds.1st: I read the reviews and the complaints, saw that some of the fitting on the fixture may be smaller than typical fittings. What I did to make sure this didn't happen was I put pipe dope on first than a layer of teflon tape.2nd: I read the directions. They are limited, but looking at the diagram they show exactly how all the measurements for the placement should be laid out and installed.3rd: I pressure tested the valve first woth caps. Then I proceeded to pipe the fixtures then pressure tested each on at the rough in stage. Then, pressure tested the whole system before I closed in the walls.The unit looks really sharp, it's been in for a week. No water hammer issues as I've read about. I prob wouldnt put this in a 2nd bath on a 2nd floor for thay reason. Better safe than sorry there. However, I am extremely impressed by how the unit was packaged. The one downfall was that the male fittings are on on the fixtures and they will spin if you overnighter. Same thing as the valve, pipe dope, Teflon and hand tight. The box for the valve for rough in is a nice touch however if anything does go wrong with the valve there's no way to fix it from behind the tile and the box has to be ripped out. Really like the look, pressure, and feel of this set up.

Love the waterfall and rainfall on this! Wanted something more modern for me remodeled bathroom. Only thing is the water pressure for the shower head and handle isn’t that strong. I don’t know, maybe something to do with my pipes and not the fixtures themselves!

A few months back, my contractor updated my bathroom and I chose these fixtures. In the plus side, they look fantastic in the satin finish and are versatile. The only issue is that the shower head water pressure is limited, due to the overhead 10” extension.

The media could not be loaded.  We bought this over a year ago. But we didn’t move into our remodeled house until few months back. The showerhead has started leaking from the side which means it needs to be thrown away and a new one has to be installed. It was really nice while it worked. Very unfortunate that it is leaking this way.Also the other shower head color has started turning yellow.

I purchased 2 KES shower & faucet sets for my bathroom remodeling, an XB6240-BN, and an XB6305-BN for the same bath area to get the functions desired; I am very happy with my purchases and how they perform.I wanted flexibility in my shower/tub area, and achieved all I wished for and more as I have 5 different water flow functions AND can run 4 of the simultaneously between the 2 controllers. I paired my XB6240 with the rainfall shower head, (very relaxing), with the hand held wand, while the XB6305 controls the tub, regular shower head, and waterfall functions.The XB6240 controls 2 functions and by sharing the function control knob between either function it will divert flow to both functions by varying degree depending on knob positioning between them. (the XB6305 also will share two adjoining functions of the 3, such as left & center, center & right... just not left & right function positions)So with both controllers operating, I can have flow from 4 functions all at the same time! Flow rate is also easy adjusted by the temperature/flow lever, and on full flow, I can flow more water than the drain can keep up with.Plumbing and mounting is a breeze, standard fittings/thread. The controllers are mounted in a box which helps keep any water seepage inside the showering area and not behind your walls, and mount to the wall studs or support braces you have behind your finished walls.My faucets are nickel, (BN series), and are metal, as are the face plates; all of which are smudge free finished so no finger prints and easy wipe or squeegee clean, even drip dry; only exception to the smudge free finish is the rainfall shower head itself. (same results as a smudge free stainless refrigerator) The materials are what appear as ceramic disc, so no wearing parts other than a couple of O-ring seals which will last for many years, or lifetime in most cases.I personally like the quality better than some of the more known name brands that you commonly find, and find this a better product overall than those other brands I have had in the past.Will buy again for another project in the future

I bought the brushed nickel shower and it was easy to install. The shower arm was leaking immediately after install, I contacted customer service who were exceptional. I sent a video of the problem and they sent me a replacement arm which was installed with no leaking. Great product and even greater customer service. Will definitely recommend KES products.

Easy to install nice setup

The media could not be loaded.  I was hesitant about ordering this shower controls because of the amount of negative reviews about fittings leaking and the difficult installation due to the accessories being male fittings. I have installed controls with male fittings before and knew I had to leave the female fitting coming from the wall flush with the face of the tile to work properly (see pic) Once you figure the finish tile surface installing the shower control rough in is just as any other. After that my only concern were the reviews about faulty accessories leaking from the factory side. Fortunately I had none of that.Installation of the finishes was quick and easy, no leaks.

I installed this six months after I bought it and felt like the pressure wasn’t good enough, I reached out to them and they sent me an additional part to use to get the pressure stronger. Was vert fast and I really appreciated it. Shower is perfect now and looks beautiful

installation demandant adaptateur mâle. Il faut mettre assez de teflon et bien serrer sinon il y a des fuites.A part cela l'ensemble est super. Tout fonctionne bien. C'est très beau dans la salle de bain.
