Osram LED inverter 25 watt constant current output,
First off $9.99 is a great price, The wholesale number is closer to $40. They are programed for 0-10 VDC dimming but will work at full output without connecting to a dimmer. The only drawback and its minor for someone who works in the electrical field is; the terminal blocks are set so the connects will exit the back of the unit, see photo. In fact on the back there are two 8/32 x 1/2" mounting studs. Solution for me was to cut two openings in my fixtures to allow the wiring to connects. In the long run this is a better plan as the inverter is now away from the heat generated by the LED arrays and in theory should help to extend the life of the unit.

It works for me))
Im electrician by profession.I got this one driver for my undercabinet lights which are 12V DC and I have lutron power pack with 0-10V dimming output. So I ordered this driver to use it for lights to be dimmable. When I got the package and opened it after reading info on the driver I realized that the output on the low side could be from 10 to 55V((((( No good,I called Sylvania and asked them how to reprogram this unit,to 12V because there is no info on web how to program it I thought it might be something simple like tap brown programming output to + output on low voltage side. It is not!!! After talking to rep.she told me I need programming tool to be able reprogram it. There is no mention on seller side neitherhter on manufacture web(((( So I looked for programming tool and it is going to cost a lot Just the USB part is around $450 and dock I couldn't find.....,Anyway I took the risk and tested the driver with lutron diva dimmer with 10V dimming output. On the low voltage side I installed led strip 12V and also volt meter and huray it was working in range of 7V to close 12V no flickering nor sudden jumps in during dimming,I'm happy with it the Only one thing seller should provide more info in descriptions to make sure it does work in 12V range. Therefore 4 stars

I called OSRAM technical to get information on the product as there was no literature in the packaging. I was finally connected with A supposed technician who asked me if it was programmed to dim by the supplier. He didn't offer any help only to send it back to the supplier to get programming. On the LED driver itself there is nothing in print about programming for dimming only that it's dimmable. I would not recommend any Osram products as they have no time for customer support. I had to give it one star in order for the review to go through otherwise it would have been zero.

I should have ordered a different design....
Made for what appears to be a fluorescent fixture, as it appears like a ballast for the old 4 foot tubes. Not sure it's what I needed, so four stars.

This item comes with no documentation how to use it appropriately. Once I did the research I discovered that the terminals required a "Special tool" of you want to remove the wires. there is also a programming process that requires a special programming base and software to configure the correct behavior. It is also unclear whether it needs a DC voltage 0-10VDC or accepts a AC Dimmer with Triac to control the brightness. This product seems designed for commercial use and not for the hobbiest.
