Am 24.04.24 gekauft, hat das Gerät von Anfang an nicht richtig gekühlt.Ab 26.07.24 ging gar nichts mehr.Am 03.08.24 durfte ich das Gerät zurücksenden (auf Kulanz kostenlos, geht's noch? für einen Kühlschrank der keine drei Monate gekühlt hat)Ich wollte auf Kulanz eine Rückerstattung. Diese wurde mir verweigert.Fa Klarstein schreibt:Es tut uns sehr leid für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten.Wir möchten Sie darauf hinweisen, dass wir Ihnen gemäß unserer Firmenpolitik keine Rückerstattung gewähren können. Wir hoffen, dass Sie unser Anliegen verstehen werden.Die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten sind für mich, abgesehen davon das ich das Gerät aus dem Seniorenheim meiner Mutter abholen mußte, einpacken und zur Post bringen musste, wir seit drei Monaten keinen Küchenschrank haben der funktioniert.Was mich auch noch ärgert, man schreibt von "auf Kulanz kostenlos," für ein Gerät das in der Garantie ist und keine vier Monate alt.Diese Firma werde ich in Zukunft meiden.

Estuve bastante tiempo buscando una nevera que se ajustase a mis necesidades. Es espaciosa En la bandeja superior puedes colocar casi 6 botellas de 1l, 1.5l de forma vertical. En la puerta te cabe una botella más de 1.5l de pié, y 5 o 6 botes. Luego en la parte inferior de la nevera también la puedes llenar con bandejas con comida, botes de refrescos, chocolates varios, vamos, es espaciosa. Tiene luz Led, y enfria en poco tiempo, Consume muy poco, no hace nada de ruido, algo que buscaba mucho. Yo la tengo en la salita, y cuando me valla de vacaciones, me la llevaré a la caravana Sin duda no hay un mejor producto en cuanto a calidad precio

Funciona súper bien y estaba muy contenta per dejo de funcionar, raro pero son cosas que pasan! Me puse en contacto con atención al cliente ya que habían pasado 6 meses y se hicieron cargo absolutamente de todo! Recoger en domicilio gratuito y envío de nuevo sin coste alguno y bastante rápido! Espero tener más suerte con esta porque enfría muy bien y no hace nada de rudio!

If you want cold drinks/cool milk - do not buy. I've had this fridge operating for several weeks. The temperature it reaches is a minimum of 8 degrees. I have had a thermometer with memory in the fridge for a few weeks and it will never go below 8'c. Milk will go off within a day or two and drinks do not feel particularly cold. This is unfortunate when the images in the product description state 0-10'c. The fridge is very quiet, so good for a bedroom but Klarstein need to fix the temperature issue. I have raised the issue with Klarstein after 2 and a half months, stating that the fridge is faulty but they refuse to refund me any more than 20%. Terrible fridge and terrible customer service.
