Easy to read, i have other books from him, not a lot of new information when you are already following this lifestyle, however amazing recipies and a joy to read. Loved it

Easy reading
This book was easy to read and finish. Have only tried 3 recipes so far and they tasted great. Would have given 5 stars if recipes had been given in metric weighting as well as cup measures which aren't as accurate.

Very American...
Very American recipes - eg frozen vegetables, hot sauce, etc. Quantities given are too high for most households. It will probably be single people or maybe couples that tend to eat this way - but the recipes vary greatly as to how many people they will serve and it's often stated to be quantities for 6 people, 8 people, etc.Not very suitable for single me - with my pretty wide tastes (eg British, Mediterrean, Middle Easter, Italian). Am not going to be able to use many of the recipes at all - between not my taste and not my quantity.
