Q: Will a 32 oz water bottle fit in the size pocket?

Yes , I can put my 40 ounce water bottle in the side pocket .

Q: Okay so it shows in the pictures that there is a power bank connection in side tha main part of the back pack but i don’t have that,is that not true?

There is a compartment on the inside side to put a power back, with a cable connection so you can plug into and charge media devices. the booklet that comes inside the bag states the power bank is not included. You just put in your own.
