Es una lástima que una marca tan buena tenga este tipo de problemas. Compré un control que solo me funcionó durante dos meses y, a pesar de haber pagado un seguro por dos años, ni el vendedor, ni el seguro ni Amazon pudieron ayudarme. Ahora me veo en la necesidad de seguir gastando dinero en una solución que no esperaba. Espero que se tomen en serio la atención al cliente, ya que esto afecta la experiencia de quienes confiamos en su marca.

It's a cool game platform. It works as advertised. I had a PS4 that was stolen so this is an upgrade and looking forward to the enhanced features.

Got the PS5 in an Amazon box but the console didn’t come in the regular PlayStation package box so it was already a bit fishy. Sure enough, I buy a PS5 disc and download another game digitally and both games crash.I returned the disc thinking it might have been faulty and got another one but then that same game with a newer disc crashed again. The game allowed you to play for a bit but it looked choppy with flying graphics all over the place making it hard to see the gameplay, then the game crashed. Again, this happened with the other games that were downloaded digitally as well although I had all the updates completed to allow them to work. I attached photos to reference one of the games crashing and the saved error messages to report them to PlayStation.Why doesn’t this seller ‘JMS Holdings’ actually check if the PS5 consoles they’re selling can properly read and play PS5 games? I saw another 1-star customer review describing the same experience I had. Seems like they’re just getting defective consoles that other people had used until they broke to then resell them to unknowing customers and make money. Or just getting extra discarded consoles from Sony.Why is the PlayStation/Sony hyperlinked name even included on the seller JMS Holdings’ Amazon PS5 preview? It makes it seem like it’s an official product that Sony authorises for this particular seller when what they’re selling is defective in reality.Amazon shouldn’t be allowing a seller to seem that credible with the Sony name tagged like this seller is an official partner when this seller doesn’t even check if their product works! Give me my refund.

Bought this after my ps4 died. Never looked back. Still going strong
