I was surprised how well this fit, felt, and smoothly operated. The quality is great. I wore it for a couple of weeklong kayak trips, so I was also wrestling with sunglasses, a life vest, and a dry bag around my neck for my smartphone. Combined with a quick release go pro connector, this easily and quickly removes or attaches a gopro camera. The swivel ball joint allows you to tilt the camera for the exact position you want. I use my smartphone app to see through the camera if I keep it on my chest. Half the time it was simply a convenient way to have the go pro nearby when I wanted to use it separately from a upper chest level shot. The clasp for joining the necklace part into a complete loop is sturdy, magnetic and easy to secure with a push button attach or release. It has helpful arrows. Most of all I like the feel of the necklace. It has a flat part to rest more comfortably against the back of your neck and the material it’s made with has a silky smooth rubberized feel. They did a great job adding a lot of functional and comfort wear features to this accessory. A chest strap takes the minimal weight off your neck and keeps the camera from flopping about for sports like skiing or mountain biking or skydiving, but really it’s perfect for walking, hiking, slow boating, and casual cycling out road biking (because it would tilt forward off your chest as you leaned over the handlebars).

This thing rocks! If I ever break it I’ll replace it with this exact model. I use this primarily for wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu content for a first person view of whatever I’m coaching. It’s held up to that just fine so I’m far more than impressed! The magnet is just fine for holding the phone during my filming, it’s not overly strong though and I appreciate that so I can actually pop my phone off the magnet without having to use power tools.

I have not yet used the phone mount portion, because my intended purpose was to use with an Osmo 4 action camera.They designed this mount to be compatible with the many other Osmo & GoPro accessories on the market. Because of this, I was able to mount my waterproof dive case on the neck mount to keep the camera safe in salt water. (Note, the mount itself is not protected against salt water corrosion, so use at your own risk and be sure to rinse with fresh water and dry thoroughly.)This became a perfect way to hold the camera while kayaking- it was not in the way of the paddle, and did not weigh down my head the way a hat- or head-mounted system would be. It also did not require mounting to the kayak.Most of the time, the mount is comfortable, and you can adjust the neck loop to fit any person. It bends very easily, yet stays in the shape it is given.I do plan to use this mount while fishing, working, and doing artwork, so I'll update this review if I run into any difficulties or issues.The only minor negatives I would give are:1. Can get uncomfortable for long-duration sessions2. Sometimes hard to adjust angle upward far enough. (but will likely be plenty for 99% of applications.)Bottom line:Yes, I would purchase again if selecting a camera mount.

So much better constructed than previous designs I have used. I am much more confident in the durability of this. It is more comfortable and the attachment is very convenient too

It's a great concept, and the product works great in the right conditions... but the issue I have is that the phone holder arm is too short. I constantly have to contort my chin into my neck to look down at the screen to make sure everything is in focus and turn on and off the recording.

This one is super high-quality. I was a little concerned that the magnet strength wouldn’t be enough, but I have zero concerns now because man oh man does it really hold on! It’s crazy strong! And the neck brace is pretty comfortable too so overall, I think it’s great!
