It’s ok, for me.
I needed a comfortable stool for worship team, so it also needs to be nice enough looking for church. I also needed it quick, so this stool meets all three criteria. Some reviews discussed the low quality of sturdiness, also some mention the staples poking through. I decided to take a chance. The staples seem to be installed properly. I’m 5’9, 170. It seems to be sturdy enough for me. I used loc-tite on the screws, to make sure they don’t loosen. The guitar pegs are too low for either of my Jackson electric guitars. My acoustic might work, but I probably wouldn’t play it to find out. The footrest shelf will probably break if I try to stand on it, like one other reviewer mentioned happening. I won’t try putting all my weight on it. I play classical style, with the right handed guitar on my left leg. So with the seat in the lowest position, the footrest shelf is too low, so I still need to use a separate footrest. Not a big deal, I tend to move my foot back and forth a lot. I also wanted to do some wood burning writing on it, so no one wonders whose it is. I don’t know what kind of solid chineseium wood it is, but it etched/burned just fine. It’s probably overpriced cheap, Chinese junk, but I would recommend it and buy it again, for what I need it for.

Shockingly stout!
This is an initial impression. The individual pieces don't look particularly buff, but once assembled it is rock solid and really attractive. The picture instructions are idiot-resistant. It was operational in 30 minutes, but I was obsessive about snugging the bolts, from my previously mentioned lack of faith. 20 minutes might just do.My folks acoustic fits and is well clear of the floor and the foot rest makes a handy storage shelf. It could be a bit wider for resting, but still good.

Doesn’t swivel
Love the stool I use it for live shows. I assumed it swiveled but it doesn’t. Guitar stand feature is nice but pretty useless for shows…I use it to hold my in ears receiver behind me, lol. Easy to assemble and great quality materials looks very nice…

Great chair for a good price.
I was a little buzzed, but it was still easy to put together, looks good and is very sturdy.

Poor Quality Control on Packaging Content
Seems fairly solid but they sent the wrong parts so I have to take it apart and return it. Also, instructions say "If anything is missing, please feel free to contact us." But no contact information anywhere. They have a QR code with the instruction form with a broken link. To be clear, it is fairly easy to assemble, I was just hoping to be able to have them ship me the correct part. Oh well, being able to easily return things is the best thing about Amazon.

Does not fit a lot of electric guitars.
Does not fit a lot of electric guitars. I see the stand being ok for wide body acoustics but my 4003 ric nor my pbass fit on the stand the strao nut sits on the ground. The neck wrap it too big as well and fits loose on the velcro. My solution was to get some foam round pads to slip over the wood (which I would have put some padding to prevent the hard surface on the finish of my bass) and to stitch the velcro strap folded over a bit to make it smaller... worked fine... for the price I should not have had to do that but it's a decent stool for me to practice on. If they fix those issues 5 stars.

Poor quality
This is a very attractive guitar stand in the photo however, the construction needs to be improved. The bolts and hold the legs to the stand come loose after each session. On my last session, the leg snapped while performing where the bolts attached to the lower platform. Really embarrassing. No problem with the seat adjustment, although it could use more padding.
