I've used Saratoga Ointment for diaper rashes for my babies back in the 1980's. Now for my granddaughters. Best ever. Hasn't changed in all these years. Clears up the redness and soreness from one diaper change to the next. Seriously, the immediate improvement is remarkable.I've never used anything else. My kids only use this ointment. Very soothing for the babies too. I highly recommend Saratoga to any momma, parents or baby's caretaker. Always the best.

been my favourite for decades, when ever i have a skin issue out comes the saratoga ointment. Please note this is not anti-bacterial but i have seen it bring a deep seated pimple (more like a super zit was as big around as pencil eraser) in nostril to a head overnight. I had had it for a good while and decided to try it, what got to lose? it took only one time of putting it on it and it pulled it to a head, relief at last. now the one time i tried it on a sliver of metal in finger blew me away! upon breking down the salad bar at work i got that sliver in a finger tip. My manager tried to tweese it out but didn't get it all. when i got home i put the ointment on as well as bandaid. i was astounded next morning when i saw that it had pulled sliver to the surface enough so as i could get the rest out. now that's some pull power for you. pleased to see it's easy to get now, many many years ago if i wanted it i had to call my Grams in New York and ask her to buy it and ship it to me here in Florida.

With the birth of our new grandson we let our kids in on this best kept secret. A tip given to us by a small town druggist in the catskill mountains many years ago. When you young charge has diaper rash and nothing seems to work, give this a try. It has save the tears of all three of mine and all six of the grandkids as well. I don't know what is in it and it's not cheep. Bottom line is it works on bottoms or any other skin irritations as well. If you have kids, keep it on hand.

This is the best rash cream PERIOD. I was introduced to it about 10yrs about by a family member. She had been using it for 30+ years. I use it whenever I need it and it works in just a few hours. If my infant son had a rash we used it on him. I will truly miss it when/if this product is discontinued. If it does, hopefully the company will sell the formula to someone else so it can keep it going.No other cream compares

I LOVE the product however I took a star off due to seller not filling the entire order. I am to be getting a refund for the missing items even though I would have preferred to have had what I ordered instead of the refund.

Saratoga ointment is a product I first learned about from my father. He was a welder. He had gotten hurt from arc welding. The doctor gave him a little 1/4 oz. jar of saratoga ointment and within days his rash/burns were healed. It is the best product I have found. From diaper rashes to any type of rash it works very quickly. You have to order this from pharmacy and most don't even let you order it. Because it is a product from the 1930's I believe no one knows just how great it is compared to products advertised.

Saratoga Ointment is a wonderful product. I started using it 30+ years ago on my then “babies” after my pediatrician recommended it for an extremely bad diaper rash my daughter had after taking several rounds of a really strong antibiotic. It is hard to find locally and my pharmacist actually had to special order it for us, so I was extremely excited when I saw it on Amazon. If it seems a bit expensive, I can assure you it is well worth the cost for a wide variety of skin issues. If by chance you have a baby/babies, please, please try it!!! It is the BEST😆

This is a fantastic ointment for many different rashes, I used it for my babies diaper rash , and it cleared up their rashes within 30 hrs. Terrific stuff. This is a very old , tried and true ointment so it may not be on your pharmacy shelf. I always ask them to order it for me and they will. Works better then anything on the shelves today, I believe.
