Magnesium Malate helps with cramping caused generally by excessive sports. Beware, even though the product helps enormously NEVER exceed the dosages on the bottle as your visits to the toilet could be vastly reduced during the following days. In fact I would start off with one tablet every other day if you have not used these before.

I was recommended these for an illness I have. But it’s hard to review a tablet as it’s not for the pain, if I feel any benefit I will order again and give a better review that time. Delivered within 24 hours and not huge like horse tablets for the ones that find tablets difficult to swallow
