Easy install with provided tool. Feels a little wobbly but once you rest your head on it it doesn’t move.

The attaching mechanism didn't quite fit my chair, but with some careful cuts to the back of the chair, it was very solid. I guess they could make a clamp that allowed for thicker chair backs. The item itself is excellent quality. It's very comfortable to lean your head back into.

So comfortable. I did add a thin piece of metal between the chair and screws so that the screws would not bite into the chair. Assembly was easy., took about 15 minutes.

It does the job. But it keeps moving out of position and falling. Screws are not enough. You need some sort or nut or a way to keep it in position if you move your hed and grab it alot when stretching.

I think this is a great idea. Make any office chair ergonomic by just adding the headset. Unfortunately, it did not work at all for me. It made my neck feel weird and it didn’t even perfectly fit my chair! My chair was brand new and now I have scratches in the fabric and the plastic because of the design of the product. Instructions were not clear, either. This is a pass for me.
