Shipping was great. The care and bubble wrap that was used, to ensure that the bottles were not damaged during shipping- top notch. A box would be better, but nevertheless great!That garlic sauce- baby, I am going to put it on my subscribe and save. I usually make this sauce myself, at first thought it would have an artificial taste to it - nope! I would say it’s a bit thick, but you can easily thin it out with a neutral oil, grape-seed, etc and it will be great for squeeze bottles. I marinated some shawarma and it was a great hit.I haven’t tried the others yet, the next time I make shawarma, I plan to use as a marinade, I usually use deboned and skinless chicken thighs And I marinate it in large batches, and then put it in the freezer. The best way to marinate other than the fridge for a couple days or vacuum seal for a couple hours.The shish tawook, haven’t tried either but I plan on marinating and masking it over turmeric rice.I usually make the sauces, marinates and season mix myself, but now I don’t have to!Well i still make Shatta and Zhoug sauce, I haven’t seen that with this seller yet. But possibly by this mention, they will make the hot sauce you get from the Halal trucks in NYC as well.

Have not tried Shish Tawook yet but based upon the other two I am sure it will be good. Nutrition numbers are goo. Packaging was double-boxed and carefully packed with 'peanut' filler. I use the Garlic spread on Toulouse sausages and the schawarma marinade on chicken thighs.

Not sure whats missing but the taste is off. Doesn't taste exactly like Tawook.
