Worst product have used ever... Pls don't buy...Product stopped working in 2 months and after sending to service center by spending 540 to courier charges, now they are saying they don't have parts to repair it and product is with service center from past months... Customer care is not even responding to my call... Waste of money...

The product is too good. I am using this product for two months and have no problem.

It grinds meat to perfection. You just need to make small pieces of meat and put in the machine and that's it. It does its work so smoothly. You get different modes to grind meat according to your need. The best keema maker i guess. Price should have been slightly low considering that it is only for meat grinding purpose. It is quite user friendly, easy to operate and clean as well.

The description said is precise of what it is meant to be. It works flawless without any issue whereas it would take more time to mince meat by hand and now it is done within minutes. We do need to take care of the equipment and parts as mentioned in the handbook provided for longevity. The size of minced meat is similar to the one done at meat shop. We applied coconut oil to inner plate before each use as mentioned in the handbook.Yes at the end of your every job you would find blackened meat stuff please throw it and don't consume it. It is part of the process and have to live with it :).Totally happy with the machine and would update further after few more months of usage.

When used for the third time, the plastic pieces started to melt and enter with the ingredients. The product is not suitable for long use + the manufacturing quality is very poor.

The build quality and finish are fairly good. Customer Svc is POOR! Even after 3 weeks, they cannot confirm the online registration for the product. Imagine if you actually have a problem!
