Love this High Quality Fountain!
This is a great fountain, you will Not be disappointed! I purchased this fountain as a replacement for a plastic one I had. My boys and I could not be happier. It is amazingly quiet, has a large capacity, and was very easy to set up. It was immediately a hit. There was no adjustment time etc. Both my boys used it immediately. It is very pretty as well. I bought the light blue and it’s very nice. I really took my time and researched fountains, what material is best (ceramic, plastic, stainless) and this one had everything I was looking for. I like the fact they tell you what kind of clay they use and at what temp they fire them at. It gave me peace of mind to know there was nothing harmful in the materials used. This ceramic fountain is easy to clean, a nice size and capacity so you are not filling it multiple times a day, large enough to be comfortable for my big boys who are around 20lbs each, very quiet, easy to set up, and a big bonus comes with an extra pump and filters, plus it’s sturdy enough that it’s not going to get tipped over either. Definitely the best out there at a great price too!

Very quiet, simple, well made & they all love it!!
The media could not be loaded. The video that I have posted is not on mute, it is that quiet. It makes no sound at all and does not make a splashing or running water sound like some. We are not new to fountains here and have tried many. This is my first ceramic one though and I love it. It is well made and looks clean. It is VERY easy to "put together" and can be easily taken apart to clean. *I do recommend putting the motor inside of the spout and then placing them on the base. It makes it easier to line up.* Everything comes out so you can thoroughly clean everything without missing any cracks or crevices. I have 4 cats and 1 dog inside and they are all use to fountain waterers. They actually will not drink out of a regular bowl anymore. I did not have an issue at all with any of them drinking from this one. It comes with a backup motor but if you clean these out regularly the motor will last for many years. I have 5 small animals drinking from ours so I normally swap the filters out every 3 weeks. I believe every 4 week is recommended though. It also comes with a 3 extra filters, a USB adapter and a 1 year warranty. There are also instructions on how to join their loyalty program and receive 12 extra filters. If your cat or dog likes playing in water (and you do not like them to), I would NOT recommend this particular style. There is plenty of water at the bottom of this one for them to have a great time in. I would most definitely recommend a fountain though. I have gotten everyone in my family and to swap and have bought some as gifts. Your fur child will thank you. There are styles of them that cover the main bowl, so they do not have access to it. Fountains are cleaner and healthier than just standing water. Standing water collects hair, dust and whatever else. The fountains have multilayer filters that filter all of that out so they always have clean fresh water. I know $50 is a chunk of money for a water bowl, but I promise you it is worth every penny. I HIGHLY recommend a fountain and this one is a excellent choice. It doesn't look gaudy or tacky like some, it looks clean and minimalist.

Outstanding, Durable Fountain ~ Take Good Care of It!
This ceramic, cascading cupcake fountain is beautiful, durable and silent (and it comes in so many colors!). As is visible from the photos, the one described as light blue is more on the turquoise side, which is exactly what I wanted. My cats were immediately drawn to the fountain by the delicate sound (barely audible to humans) of flowing water. Also I found a very helpful, super short video on YouTube titled “How to assembly [sic] Cup Cake Ceramic Cat Fountain” that shows how to assemble the fountain. IMPORTANT: THIS FOUNTAIN - LIKE ALL FOUNTAINS - MUST BE REGULARLY MAINTAINED. Disassemble the fountain and the pump every two weeks. I found a great, short video on YouTube that specifically shows how to disassemble and clean the pump titled, “cat water fountain pump fix” (but be sure to clean your pump every 2 weeks - don't neglect it like the one forming the subject of the video). It's very simple but the videos can be super helpful in the beginning as you become familiar. I use 2 different sizes of small, cylindrical brushes to clean the pump and parts; and I use warm water and a mild detergent on most everything EXCEPT the carbon and sponge filters (no soap should be used on the carbon and sponge filters - just water). I rinse and squeeze out the sponge filter a few times, removing any hair or other debris from it; then I replace the carbon filter. Each new carbon filter should be rinsed before placing it in the fountain to get rid of any loose charcoal. The charcoal and sponge filters need to be changed every 2 - 4 weeks, depending on level of use. If you do not regularly maintain your fountain as instructed, indeed - like all fountains - it will not work correctly after a relatively short period of time. If you maintain it, this fountain will serve your needs and please your cats for years. And it comes with two pumps, which blew my mind!

Looks fantastic and works great too
I was searching for a ceramic fountain to replace the plastic one we'd had for a few years and was excited to find this one! It is beautiful to look at and very quiet. It's simple to take apart for cleaning. The motor has a lot of small cover pieces that are simple to remove but it needs to be done at least once a week otherwise it gets slimy 😧 The only thing that is hard to clean is the pump casing. It is very difficult to get into the center of it with any kind of scrub brush. I soak it in vinegar and hot water and use my finger to scrub it out as best I can. Not sure if that can be improved on at all, but it doesn't take any stars off based on my minor inconvenience because my cat loves it 😻
