Excellent
For the price. This sprayer is brilliant. Easy to use and assemble. Does take a bit of practice to know how much to dilute the paint. With nozzle or distance from wall etc. But this is brilliant for the price. Better and faster than normal painting

Brilliant for those that hate painting
Absolutely brilliant. I normally hate painting but this thing made it a breeze. Covered over a really deep blue with a pale green emulsion in one pass, less paint and unpacked, painted a full bedroom and cleaned up in less than half a day. Some advice if you’re gonna use it, mask everything off(I used craft paper and masking tape) and dust sheets over everything….the dust created is the only down side. Brilliant.

Great little spray gun- perfect for furniture
Have used this to paint several large cupboards using eggshell paint. I found the viscosity measure quite confusing so tbh I just winged it with the water ratio and just thinned each lot of paint with a little water- seemed to work for me! Very economical use of paint- used 3/4 of a 2.5l tin for 3 large cupboard units and shelves. I was diligent about cleaning it after each use, which was a bit irritating as the gun worked so quickly it felt like I was done after 5 mins for each layer! Actual cleaning took a few mins but easy enough and I just made sure I took it apart completely so was very thorough. Drying was quick though, and finish is really good. Wouldn’t work well for walls I don’t think as spray range is pretty wide and not well controlled, but think if you’re painting a whole room in the same colour everywhere you’d be fine! Can’t recommend this enough- really easy to use, economical and gives a great finish- wouldn’t have done half as good a job with a brush or roller.

Stopped working after a couple of poor performances
Bought this with 3 main jobs in mind 1) paint the loft 2) paint some log roll 3) paint a garden fence. After lots of research into sprayers this one came out on top in terms of value for money and the features listed, including the high power.Opened up and followed the instructions closely. The pipe cleaner and the funnel for checking viscosity were a nice touch and so I started off impressed. I used thin matt emulsion for the loft, but even so, thinned it down with water knowing that having to apply multiple coats would still be easier than painting the difficult-to-reach areas of the loft - but how wrong I was! Out the box, the sprayer worked well for the first 5 minutes. After that, the spitting started. I tried cleaning out and thinned the paint further, but the spitting continued. The only was to carry on painting was to keep shaking the sprayer which isn't easy because of how much it weighs when it's full of paint. The next problem came when I realised that there was no paint coming out at all. This happened when the sprayer was around 3/4 full. I topped it up to full and it carried on working but I soon realised that it only works down to 3/4 full after which it stops spraying. Again, cleaned and thinned and continued (by this point I might as well have been spraying water!) only to find that the power of the sprayer had gone down and the coverage was getting worse. After about an hour of forcing myself to get along with this, I gave up and went got a paint roller to finish the job. It was hard work but at least avoided the frustrations from this sprayer.Next job was the log roll, the sprayer was already cleaned after the last failed job, but even so I gave it a thorough clean and tried spraying. At first, nothing would come out and I soon realised that I'd turned the power settings down to half. On this setting no paint would come out, so I had to turn it to max. for the paint to start spraying. The spray was difficult, but again, with constant shaking I was able to get the log rolls done within an hour, and then a second coat an hour later. having to keep shaking it wasn't ideal but at least I was able to get that intricate job done and saved a lot of time. Then came the fence - which I did with the same paint as the log roll. The first panel I did with a paintbrush, but soon realised it would take too long so did the prep of covering everything, which took a while (but still worth it as the sprayer would be much quicker and less effort) and then got the sprayer ready. As usual, the sprayer had already been cleaned, but still gave it a top-up clean anyway and then filled the paint. This time, as soon I started the sprayer no paint would come through. I went through the full process including dismantling, cleaning, thinning the paint, cleaning the filter and all the rest of it but still no luck. After the first two poor performances, this sprayer had finally given up and refused to work any longer.Just made me regret the initial decision, as I had done quite a lot of research and it had come up between this and the premium brand alternative, but the price of this was enough to sway me and take the punt. Now I wish I'd paid the extra for a better quality product. Like they say, buy cheap, buy twice.Funny thing was I bought it for those three jobs, and if it did those then I wouldn't have minded if it stopped working after as it would have paid for itself in time saved. Instead it barely did the first two jobs, and completely failed on the last one so nothing but frustration and disappointment for me.

no good for masonry paint
I purchased this to spray my pebble dash on the sides of house.Worked great with milky primer with 1mm nozzle. However, once I started trying to spray sandex masonry paint it struggled.I had 40 sqm to paint/ spray.I wattered down paint with 10% water, the filters supplied took too long to filter paint into container so had to make my own.Even with 3mm nozzle it got clogged and had to strip and clean 4 or 5 times before I gave up and had to use a brush. If you looking for sprayer for fence panels or decking it ok, easy to use and clean but forget it for masonry paint. You will need a compresser and professional spray gun.
