This company has got to be the most helpful seller I have ever used on either Amazon other sites. Went above and beyond in my opinion when the courier company caused me multiple upset. They totally assisted me and intervened to “deal” with DPD and got my barrel safely to me. I will certainly be buying again as you get a wonderful sturdy barrel that will withstand Coon abuse for years and an amazing honest and professional outfit in terms of manufacturing and dispatch.

Not sure. Barrell is completely covered by material. Very heavy and very solid, though.

Q: I cant decide whether to get this one that has holes in-between the dens or one that isn't interconnected any thoughts will be much appreciated

When I bought this 2 or 3 years ago, I was disappointed to receive the wrong one (no holes) for my rescue cat with her two kittens. However, the vendor quickly put the problem right by collecting the no-holes version and leaving the + holes one. Both versions are top quality cat posts. No one can predict which their cat(s) will prefer (they don't even know there is an option if you don't tell them lol). I have 3 cats, all love to sit on top, velcro, jump or heave their way up the sides. Now they are all adult, the holes get least attention but are still used - including connectivity. I thought I would close off the holes if they grew out of playing between levels, but am not going to bother now. Great product, still looks effectively new after much daily use.
