I loved the product; however, only after 2 months it broke. I bought a case of wine that obviously had a little tighter cork. It was hard to get the needle in and a little tough getting the cork out. On my third bottle of wine as I was pulling the cork out, the thing broke and I can't put it back together. The clear plastic came off the black handle and now wont stay on. It's too late to return it which sucks because I really loved the product.

Be careful not to push on cork too hard. The plastic piece pushing the cork, came off, probably by one of our guests, and landed in the garbage. Rest was history. Reordered
