No noise
I bought 2 hula hoops to see which one I would like. Both are sturdy and easy to use. I returned the other because my dog didn't like the noise it made. This one is very quiet and it easy to remove the links when you need to remove them.

Worth the buy
I love it. You just have to find your groove. It's pretty easy to put together. Just snaps into place.

It was very hard to do. I actually sold it to somebody else and I’m returning the other one but I have a friend who loves it and is losing a lot of weight using it.

Didn’t work for me
I had a very hard time getting the belt to actually work right. Never did get it!

Broke first time i used it.
The weight fell off the first time i tried to use it. Was trying to figure out the momentum needed to use it and the weight flew off the string.
