The blanket is still secure inside the plastic wrap, saving you more money. This would be a great blanket to have handy in the vehicle on trips or for camping. I bought this for my husband to cuddle up on the couch on nights when he has insomnia. It seemed like a economical item and I purchased a twin size, 90"x66" in Stone Blue. The color is a beautiful blue with just a slight sheen and a thick velvety look. The reverse white fleece backing is thick and warm. The blanket has a nice weight and is a good size for an adult man to cuddle up in. I read that some buyers found the blanket to have a lot of lint. I put my new blanket in the dryer and ran it for 20 minutes on the "air only" cycle and have had no problem with shedding. This blanket appears to be well sewn, I could not find any defects in materials or workmanship. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I am shocked at how well priced these are, given the quality. I originally bought 3 for elderly mom, because she is a little bit frail nowadays and finds normal size blankets too heavy to move around easily - these happen to be well sized for her. But when I opened the packages, I was genuinely surprised by how nice they are - so incredibly soft, gorgeous colors, feels and looks lux, as well as toasty warm. So yes, then I ordered 3 more for my own home!

Having owned the same blanket since 2005, I figured it was time for a new blanket. So I started my search. looking for high positive reviews as always, and also the negative. Recently purchased this. Writing this review at the end of 2023. Looking at it up close, it looks the same as my blanket it terms of thickness. For anyone wondering what my old blanket is, it’s a San Marcos original blanket. Made in china. So not an original since the original ones were made in Mexico. No longer made. You can still find companies that make them with similar material and if you don’t mind having an animal or a specific design on the blanket. Warm, heavy blanket I used for all seasons. still have it. Anyways, this one ended up being thinner, maybe just lighter in terms of weight since my old blanket was meant for a bigger bed size and this one I ordered is for a size full bed. It’s definitely nice and warm. Since right now it’s cold, I am using the white fur style material side. It’s warm enough and also having a heater helps. Quality of material feels great. No shedding. even after i washed it first before using it like you always should. Time will tell. I paid 40 plus tax. I was not expecting perfection. I don’t see this lasting the same as my other blanket, but we will see. I ordered the dark green one. Softness, comfort, and light weight, 5 out of 5 from me. Thickness and combined with being warm, 4 out of 5.

The lightness of this blanket yet warmth is abundant. Washed well. The edges get a little wonky. It slides a few inches into the opposite side. So you may have 3 inches of sheep skin on the color side and visa versa. Other then that I hope the nap stays soft and colors hold after many washing. My dogs even try to get away with getting into our beds to lay on the blanket! They have their own beds but….

I love this blanket! It is warm and cozy, but not heavy. It is also luxurious, and looks beautiful on my bed!

Me gusto mucho. Muy bonita cobijita, igual a la imagen, el color se ve más bonito, es suave y llega empacada al vacío en un bulto muy pequeño, pero cuando la sacas ya se siente más grande y más gruesa, tiene dos capas la que parece como terciopelo, lila y la Borreguita , la lavé en lavadora y la metí a la secadora ciclo delicado y quedo muy bien no le paso nada. 😀 es para frío regular, se siente muy abrigadora, y de hecho se ve más gruesa que en la imagen. Me gustó mucho, te voy a comprar otra en otro color..
