Is this product officially certified for export to the united states by the fda?

The FDA doesn’t ‘certify products for export’. They regulate drugs and medical devices, and as an extension of that, regulate labeling. There is nothing in this product that prevents import to the US. However, depending on the chemical or mineral filters used in the product, will change how it it legally allowed to be labeled. This is why a lot of Korean and Japanese sunscreens will not be labeled as “sunscreen” in the US, but instead as ‘sun cream’ or ‘sun lotion’ etc which is in accordance with FDA regulations.
