I add a dose of this Shilajit to my morning coffee or tea. This masks the taste, which I'm not a fan of.The quality seems to be good, I've only had capsules in the past and this is more of a raw thick liquid form. I don't get any crazy jolts of energy or anything, but I do feel more focused at work in the morning and I haven't had 3:00 fatigue lately like I normally do. I imagine it's this product because it's the only repetitive thing that's changed in my diet.I do feel like this works better than the capsules and I will continue to use it. The added little spoon dipper makes it easy to use, just dip it in and grab some product and stir the spoon into whatever drink you want to dilute it in.If you're into Shilajit, this is a good choice and value for the money.

I can't speak to the effectiveness as I couldn't force myself to take it long enough to see any positive effects. It smells bad and tastes even worse. It looks like I was putting tar into my cup and it wouldn't melt into the hot liquid. I tried three times, adding it to my tea, and finally gave up. By the third day, I took two sips and then poured it out (I have to be desperate to waste anything), only to discover that half of it hadn't even dissolved into the tea. I shudder to think how bad it would have tasted if it had all dissolved! Maybe you will have better results, but I just couldn't take it.
