Better than Expected
The VESSEL BALL GRIP Ratchet Screwdriver stands out with its ergonomic and well-balanced design. The ball grip handle fits comfortably in the hand, allowing for a firm and natural grip that enhances torque application. The materials feel durable, with a solid plastic and rubberized grip that ensures a non-slip experience even with greasy or sweaty hands. The ratchet function allows for effortless tightening and loosening without constantly repositioning your hand. The three-position switch (tighten, loosen, and lock) is intuitive and easy to operate. After detaching the Phillips #2, you can use the ball as a stubby screwdriver compatible with standard 1/4-inch hex bits. I purchased the Vessel Ball Grip (-6(1/4) x100(4") Replacement Blade) to have a flat/standard blade. Great screwdriver.

Impeccable build and amazing feel!
Fits in the hand well. I'm really surprised these aren't the standard screwdriver people use. It's hefty but lighteright enough and the bite of the tip is impeccable. The photos and videos of others reviews don't lie. These are perfect for everything Philips heads, japanese screws and beyond.

Great Quality and Comfort, but Minor Ratchet Switching Issue
The VESSEL BALL GRIP Ratchet Screwdriver is an excellent tool that delivers on both comfort and functionality. The ball grip design feels incredibly ergonomic and provides a secure, comfortable hold, even during long projects. The ratcheting mechanism is smooth and makes quick work of driving and removing screws, adding real convenience to everyday tasks. However, I did notice that the ratchet direction switch is a bit too easy to toggle accidentally. A small bump or shift in grip sometimes changes the direction without intending to, which can be a bit frustrating in the middle of a task. It’s a minor issue, but worth mentioning.Overall, though, the build quality and thoughtful design make this a fantastic addition to any toolkit. I’d highly recommend it for anyone looking for a reliable and comfortable screwdriver, just be mindful of the occasional accidental switch!

Replaces three screwdrivers for my EDC
I keep a compact set of tools nearby in case a spare moment arises in which to fix the part of my home/life that is presently causing the most inconvenience. Screwdrivers are essential, but I regularly need 5 to cover almost all household jobs: a multi-bit (and 6 interchangeable tips), a stubby a right-angle (for tight spaces), a precision (4mm) for very small fasteners, and a solid shank #2 Phillips for recessed holes. This Vessel model coupled with a 1/4"-to-4mm adapter combines four of those into one, leaving just the angled driver. Caveat that I don't mind using a stubby as a multi-bit.The build quality is chef's kiss, the palm spin method is already my preference so it's great to finally find a ratcheting driver that is designed around it, the $12 price tag is incredible and so very much appreciated, but the icing on the cake is the lovely suction "pop" of the stubby being removed from the shank. I could listen to that all day and am dreading the day it stops working but trying to live in the moment and appreciate it while it lasts. That said, for $12 I'll just buy another.Such a good tool, for so many reasons, wish I had known about it sooner. I own a ratcheting snap-on and a couple ratcheting Milwaukees but this one is the best of the lot. One of the few products I would give a sixth or even 7th star to if I could. The only negative thing I can think to say isn't fully negative: the magnetic multi-bit holder has a really tight fit, so unless you have a pretty ferocious grip, changing bits will take a little doing, or a pliers. I will never worry about a bit falling out but am expecting it to loosen up over time.

Go To Tool!
Easy to switch from one direction to the other or lock into non ratchet. Good feel in the hand and you can develop plenty of torque. Don’t know if I will ever use as a stubby but it is possible without much effort. Good tool, go for it!
