Good budget heater for patio. If it stops working check the power switch on the heater.
This provides enough heat if you are within a few feet of the heater. I had the heater for 1 year then it stopped working. I opened it up and used a multimeter to test the switch. Switch was dead. Not even sure why there is a switch when the remote will turn it on and off. I simply cut the wires to the switch and crimped it. Heater is working again.

It broke after only a few hours of using :(
We used it for underneath our closed in patio. Unfortunately, after only a few hours of using it… it completely stopped working. No broking bulbs, no broken remote. Just won’t turn on anymore. It worked wonderfully when we first got it though.

This product sucks
Don’t buy this heater, does not provide heat unless you are a few inches from it. I should have read reviews before I bought this.This should not be listed as a gazebo heater! Because it does not provide heat, I asked to return and they said no returns!

Waste of money
Never worked, sent another one without me agreeing to it... got it and it doesn't heat worth a darn!! Ask for my refund. So far haven't heard anything back.

Heat is pretty weak
Had to hang it real low in my gazebo and sit directly under it, otherwise its useless as a heating device and works best as a light because it does light up the space. But the heat could be much better. The remote was confusing at first but you have to turn device on until light is green then pick power setting. Only the highest setting is barely usefull the lower settings i havent even tried because as it is the highest setting you barely feel the heat unless you are 5 feet under it.
