So far, I absolutely love it. I haven’t tried cutting tomatoes, but I’m sure it’s fine because even chicken pretty good sometimes chicken if you cut it the wrong way it kind of shred. I mean tears it, but I could cut it either way it didn’t matter.

I already have a good set of knives and I bought this on a whim. It is a game changer. It sliced through a huge sweet potato in a flash! I love the finger grip as well. It reminds me of the proper grip which also makes using it more efficient as well as safer.

Finally a knife that is actually really really sharp!!! I would’ve given this product five stars but the instructions in a tiny little envelope printed in tiny Little type is absolutely ridiculous and impossible to read!!I know everyone is trying to save money and cutting corners but making your instruction sheets so tiny and elderly person cannot read them it’s totally ridiculous!I had to photograph each little card on my cell phone in order to read it!!!Otherwise I am absolutely thrilled with the knife itself it’s just a dumb instructions that is terribly made!!Thank you for making such a wonderful product!!!I keep ordering knives online and none of them are anywhere near as sharp as this one!!I am really happy!! Thank you!!

The blade is extremely sharp, the knife is well balanced making cutting very easy. Bought 2 extra knives for our boys. Mine went into my Go Bag.

This knife is exactly as they describe it, very sharp and very useful in the kitchen, I bought it for my husband for Father's Day and he tells me that he loves it that it is easy to handle when you are cutting something in the kitchen, so I recommend it.

Sharp! And Looks Sharp Too!Definitely sharper than my Wusthof Gormet Santoku ever gets, but it does not do long cuts well, such as slicing and onion or other vegetable into 1/4" dice, and can't scoop your dice up with the blade like the Santoku. But IT IS SHARP and makes great cuts. Only used it a few times so far, and already getting better, and finding more situations where it is definitely my favorite for.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This may be the sharpest knife I have ever come across right out of the box I don't know if it will hold an edge because I just received it but it definitely works as shown slices thin slices fast and as I said before is razor sharp out of the box Time will tell if it remains sharp
