Still bendy when cold
Remain malleable when cold to mold over wrist and thumb. Keep cold for a reasonable time. Strap elastic and velcro fastening work well.

Perfect for wrist
These are great, really help my post-ukulele playing sore wrist. The pain disappears almost instantaneously. Also great for other parts of the body, my partner used one for the back of her knee, it really helped.Strap is very sturdy and doesn't come loose at all.

Almost excellent
Firstly, this is much preferable to tying a bag of frozen peas around your limb with a tea towel underneath. The construction is ideal and once chilled, very user friendly. The only issue I have is that I wanted to leave these in the freezer and have them readily available when required. When I did this the gel in the pack froze solid, losing one of the benefits, i.e. being malleable. (Putting in the fridge didn't chill them enough regardless of time left in) I now have to put them in the freezer before activity (just in case) and set a reminder to take them out if not needed. (Not sure if them freezing solid will damage the gel inside over time?) Otherwise very pleased with the product.

Versatile ice packs
I've had a few different types of ice packs over the years and these are the most useful. I keep them in the freezer (in the plastic sleeve provided) and just place them on wherever needs cooling, even straight on bare skin, tightening the straps (if using) as the pack warms and become more pliable. They don't warm up too quickly but once I've stopped feeling their effect I flip the pack over (optionally resecuring it with a twist in the strap) for some extra cooling time. They are a reasonsble size to use on arms, wrists, ankles, knees and shoulders - just adjust their position (or use both packs) if you need wider coverage. I've not used them for heat as yet.

Sticking with frozen peas or hot-water bottle.
I have sciatica. I first put the items in the fridge but not cold enough, so then in the freezer. Very cold but, of course, frozen stiff! By the time they were flexible, not cold.Followed instructions for heating in microwave but one burst it's seam! You may have better luck!

Perfect
This ice back is ready to shape to wherever you want to place them on your body straight out of the freezer. It is large enough that it would work for most areas you would like cold therapy on. It stays cold for a good amount of time. It is good quality and likely won’t break or become damaged with regular use.I would purchase again.

Love these
Stay cold for a decent amount of time. Flexible and softer feeling cover instead of plastic. Haven't used them for heat yet.

Freddo
