I've purchased quite a few blinds over the past year for 2 properties with mixed experiences.I ordered these blinds for my Patio Doors after reading many many reviews and looking at lots of different blinds options (so I did not make any of the mistakes I had made previously).The blinds were delivered failry quickly. The material is of high quality, the installation process was fairly straight forward and they have some weight to them (which, compared to other blinds I had purchased demonstrated the quality of manufacture of these blinds)..They work really well on my patio doors, easy to adjust and pull up and down and the finish has given my room a lift and a modern quality feel to it.Are they the best blinds out there? I'm not sure, there probably are better ones but for the price they are as good a quality as any home deserves (without breaking the bank).Would I buy these again? Yes, definitely. I am really happy I did my research and chose these. There are so many products with questionable good reviews but these are definitely one of those diamonds in the rough. I would recommend these as a quality product that actually looks good in real-life.

This seller really went above and beyond. I am so impressed and would highly recommend. I first ordered a blind that was badly damaged. As the blind was so big I could bot return it. They very kindly offered either a refund or a replacement blind and advised me to keep the blind I had that was badly damaged. The replacement blind came quickly and all was perfect. They kept me informed all along my journey with them as to when the blind would be delivered and gave me tracking details. The blinds are perfect. The seller was very courteous and polite and helped all along with helping me informed as to what was going on. I don't usually leave feedback but I felt this seller was amazing and I just had to let people know that. Amazing blinds and equally amazing seller.

I recently purchased two Window Venetian Blinds (45cm and 195cm) from this seller. Both were supposed to be white, but the 45cm blind arrived off-white with panels slightly bent. I requested a refund and returned the 45cm blind, but I had to wait for the 195cm blind to arrive before I could return it.Once I received the 195cm blind, I discovered that I couldn't return it easily due to its size. I contacted the seller, who informed me that I had to pay for the return myself. The quotes I received for shipping were over £45, which is nearly half the price of the product. When I reached out to the seller again, they simply reiterated their policy and refused to provide any assistance.Their response was dismissive and unhelpful: "Dear Customer, We completely understand your frustration regarding the high return cost, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. To clarify, prepaid return labels for EVRI or Royal Mail are only applicable for blinds with a maximum size of 90cm. Unfortunately, items exceeding this size cannot be processed by these carriers, so we are unable to provide a prepaid return label for such items. For larger blinds, we kindly request that you arrange a return directly to the seller's address. Please note that any postage costs incurred for these returns will be non-refundable. Additionally, returns for reasons such as color differences or dissatisfaction with quality are not covered under prepaid labels, as color variations are not guaranteed and quality specifications are clearly outlined on the product display page. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines."Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the product and the poor customer service.
