This power bank has been working flawlessly. My family and I have used it to charge our phones and laptops, especially during vacations and long weekend getaways. It's also come in handy for my daughter, who used it to power her laptop during extended exams at school this year. We haven't encountered any issues so far. The unit charges relatively quickly and holds its charge well. While it's a bit heavy (which is expected for a power bank of this capacity) it's compact in size and feels solidly built.

I’ve tried many power banks before, but INIU has quickly become my go-to brand. Their 20,000 mAh, 65 W power bank is the most powerful, compact, and reliable charger I’ve ever owned.Charging Ability: With 65 W output, it enables me to charge almost all my devices at their maximum charging speed. For my Samsung S22 Ultra, it takes about an hour to charge back to full. I mainly start charging my phone again throughout the day when it's around 30% and to get up to around 80% again with this portable charger takes about 30 minutes and only takes away around 15 to 20% of the portable charger's full capacity. I also bought this charger to help charge my Rog Ally, but I haven't tested it yet. I estimate it could charge the Rog Ally to full again pretty quickly, but use up around 70% of its power. I can confidently say though I can get multiple phone charges no problem without worrying this will run out of battery with 20,000 mAh.Size: I love the size of this mini portable charger. Even with 20,000 mAh, it’s compact enough to meet airline carry-on requirements and fits neatly into my backpack or travel pouch without feeling like dead weight. It is around half the size of my first Inui charger that I've bought, which is the normal size. I feel like this one is small enough to also slip into your pocket, no issue.Design: The build feels premium and durable. I like the easy-to-use on-screen display, which works by pressing the power button once. A big thing I like about this one in particular is the cord that is tied to the side of the device. This cord makes it so convenient to charge my phone when I don't have any wires with me on hand. The cord on the side of the device is USB-C and supports up to 100 watts.If you need one reliable charger for a phone, laptop, or travel emergencies, INIU is where it’s at. I’ve used cheaper brands, but nothing comes close to this perfect balance of speed, capacity, and portability. It's absolutely the best power bank I’ve ever owned.

Design:FAST charging, and I mean it! Plus you can use it to charge other devices while it's charging, that's a nice perk. It comes with a USBC to USBC cable and a padded mesh bag. There's a little pull out tab on the side that I'm still completely confused as to what it's purpose is, but it's not a nuisance or anything. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Mostly, I got it for the PD output to be able to charge 1s and 2s LiPos in the field or run a TS101 soldering iron.The battery life is admirable and the screen is a nice touch too.It charges much faster than my previous power bank, (1-3 hours versus 4-7 hours) the screen is useful for seeing where you're at versus small LEDs. It's a comparable size and weight with a more modern look and better features -- And it was even cheaper than my previous one! Portable:I wouldn't call this "ultra portable" -- It's got heft and feels solid. (Think like an extra large extra thick phone.)But that's nothing to take a star off for, I knew what I was buying going into it. Toss it in a travel backpack and you'll be set. For carrying in a purse or smaller bag (don't even think about pockets) maybe consider going with their newer smaller version with the same capacity and features.

I needed something for school that would be and do three things.1. Be small, I'm not trying to lug around a power station, or use it during glass and looking like I have a car battery on my table2. Have a good capacity, I forget to charge my laptop often and I want something to charge my laptop up either all of the way or a decent chunk to get me through the day3. Charge and charge other devices fastThis does all three!The build quality is really good, it has some weight to it but it's not super heavy, and the rubber/plastic has a nice touch (although it is a fingerprint magnet). The screen is a nice, accurate way of telling the amount of charge in the battery bank, especially if it is a high capacity one like this one. The ports charge and discharge fast and can charge multiple devices at the same time which is really nice!

Arrived in good order, nice packaging. Very solid but yet still portable. Slide out phone stand is a nice touch. Screen display is a bit dimmer than expected. Charges at high speed. Nice availability of ports. Power Recognized by my M1 MacBook Air right away, but could not power the HDMI dock/dongle attached, so screen did not come on. Only worked when screen was plugged into a HDMI-onlyDongle, and power was plugged from powerbank into other usb c port on MacBook. Overall very happy so far.
