Purchased to record church service. We do not move cameras during service, but set them before the service starts. For our needs, the image quality (Picture for online video is great brightness and clarity) Th ease of use has been great. Moving camera with remote is a bit jumpy so I would not recommend using remote function while recording.

Needed a conferencing audio/video system, but didn't want to spend thousands of dollars on something I will use once a week for 8 months. At first I though I made a mistake when I tested it. The video and audio was constantly breaking up, but my internet wasn't the greatest. When I tested it where I would be using it there was good internet, but not great and the system did very well. Am going to update the internet router to see if a stronger signal will produce even better results.For the money, I would recommend this. My only suggestion would be to go with the 20X zoom camera. Wish I would have bought that instead of the 3X zoom that isn't enough for a 13 person board room setting.

I got this camera to use for making a video for a band - perhaps not the best way to go about it - but definitely worth a shot. This camera has exceptional video quality, and I was able to use it to get some cool zoom in and out type effects.It worked l, the remote control is awesome for controlling the direction of the camera as well as zooming in. I did the video in scenes where I would synchronize the video with music in my DAW (digital audio workstation). It was painstaking to do but in the end, the video came out remarkably well.A couple of times it seems like the pan would stick for a second before moving - I don't know what caused it - it was completely random. I tried switching out the AAA batteries in the remote - with no effect one way or the other.At any rate it is a really cool camera and I am glad I have it. I don't do much conferencing but I am sure I will think of another creative way to use it.

We bought this for allowing remote users to join a Bible study group at our church. We use Zoom for video conferencing. We previously had a FB Portal (which had its own problems) but Zoom yanked the app at the beginning of 2025.The video performance of the camera is passable: to my eyes, it looks softer than HD (more like 720p perhaps). The speakerphone is a disappointment: the speaker part works OK allowing remote users to be heard in the conference room. The mic part is the problem: remote users complain that they can hear the sound, but the words are unintelligible, making it very stressful to be in the meeting. It sounds as if it is filtered through thick layers of cotton, making consonants inaudible. Female voices are clearer than male voices (but still problematic), so it seems that lower frequencies are distorted more than higher frequencies.At this stage, I would not recommend this system. I have reached out to the manufacturer for help. I will update this review when and if they respond and I have tried their suggestions.
