I have an old Samsung S3 that quit charging. For some reason, the only chargers it will work are the Samsung chargers. So, if you have a charging problem, try a Samsung charger first before purchasing another phone.

You often can't be sure what you get when ordering replacement chargers, even if they say "Samsung" on the unit. In this case, I was pleased to find they are the real deal. Still in the original samsung labelled plastic bag but more importantly, all original Samsung fast adaptive chargers have a protective tight fitting sleeve around the charger body and these had them. But with confidence if you are looking for a reasonably priced REAL samsung made fast adaptive charger. They give you two cords, which is nice but weren't needed as I already had high quality longer length braided charger cords, but they were free so what's to complain about.

The charger gets too hot and needs to be unplugged every few hours.

At first I didn't think this was all that fast charging, but then I compared it to some others and it is super fast. Charges a cell phone in just a couple of hours. Others I have take several hours and are better used overnight. If you are used to charging your cell phone overnight you may want a slower charger, but I like this one because if my battery is low during the day, I really need to get it back up and running quickly. Now I have several of these and am very happy with them.

I wanted the cable that came with my S7. This is it. The cable fits my S7 the way I've come to expect. Instead of a slow building resistance that makes you worry you're going to break something there's a light snap and it's in and charging. The cable came wrapped around a plastic frame so that it was not excessively kinked. I like that. The phone says it's fast charging. IDK where they get these older chargers and cables so cheap. They have all the markings of a genuine Samsung. There's no perceptible heat near either end of the cable and the the charger is just warm to the touch during charging. Just like the original.

we didn't buy it for the cord.. we had just bought phones and the plug in transformer part would get really hot and the charger wouldn't charge the phone very well.. so replacing this worked to fix bad charging in the phone.. so if your phone doesnt hold a charge.. feel the power block you plug in.. if it is really hot the problem isn't the phone it's the charger.. which costs a lot less.. make sure you get the exact correct charger for your phone.. look at the one not working well the part model number is the same..

The fast charger block is really powerful and original from samsung the cable looks and feel more sturdy than the thin one from At&t and hook in the port nicely but charging block becomes hotter than the at&t and sometimes shows cable charging instead fast charging ..so far is average set but price for the package is stunning good finaly i can hook my phone to charge in every room with out pay the retail exorbitant price of at&t and give a break to my wallet thanks so much so far very conveniet please do not change amazing
