Must read for women!
This is a very interesting and informative book. Iv been struggling with my hormones and weight issues for a while now and I feel this information has given me a clear path to follow. I recommend this book to everyone I speak to but I would also recommend your friend to buy one not just borrow as its a brilliant reference to keep going back to. Thank you Dr Milli for all your research and for laying it out it in a way that's simple to follow and keep referring back to. Can't wait to see if this author brings out any more books.

Brilliant information
This book is very easy to read, feels like you really get to know the author and learn so much about your hormones. For someone who really Struggles with periods and hormones it's a must read and has really helped.It goes through a lot of facts that we should know as women, but it has somehow been missed off our education. It gives an understanding of what goes on in our bodies, and why we get the symptoms we do and how to help with weight and hormone overload.Really is a must read for all women

A must read for all women
What do you actually know about your monthly cycle? We’re taught the basics, but you do know how your hormones change and affect you mentally and physically? Do you know what foods you should eat and what exercise is best at different points through the month? How about your sleep routine?As I medical professional, I can confess that never knew any of this.Dr Milli’s book is an excellent insight into looking after yourself holistically. There is so much you can do for yourself before reaching for medication.Every women, of menstruating age, perimenopausal or menopausal, should read this book.

Full of practical advice that works!
This book was so illuminating. I learnt things that I really feel I ought to have known but the practical advice contained throughout is easy to apply and so far, seems to be working! I loved the book and Dr Milli’s writing style is both knowledgable and chatty. I have given it to a couple of girlfriends for Christmas and would recommend this to women of all ages who want to understand how they can manage their menstrual cycles a little better. Loved it.

A great mix of science and humanity
A very interesting and well timed read. i liked the positivity and the sense of empowerment Dr Milli fosters with her accessible writing style. There is a good mix of medical information and science alongside common sense and practical tips but without the preaching! Dr Milli is clearly a clever woman who explores some current health concerns for many women in the 21st century. A great read for any woman and the men who love them.

What every woman should know..
I’m writing this on my husbands account as he bought me my copy. This book is so brilliantly written by Dr Milli, in a language everyone can understand. There’s so little help from mainstream medicine for hormone related issues and many women suffer in silence for years, as have I and my Mum before me looking back. This book helps you understand what’s going on..fantastic read.

Every woman should read this!!!!
Loved this bookOnce I started didn't want to put it down!!!.I was informed of what happened when I started my periods!! It was all kept hush hush!!! When I was 11 !!! (I'm now 71) all the stages of growing up into a woman ...to menopause!!!! All vitamins ,hormones explained ..expertly written and in terms we can all understand ..and some lovely recipes!!!!! Definitely recomend and great for mums explaining to their daughters about their bodies and how it will change such a useful book .....

Really informative for all ages
I really enjoyed reading Happy Hormomes, Hapy you! Found it really informative and actually, I think whatever aged woman you are, you could find it really helpful! I’ll definitely be passing onto my daughter in the future as I also think there are things she would find useful to know. Dr Milli has covered it all in this book!
