Q: Thinking about frame case and all alunimum luggage, so what's difference between merax travelhouse , kron all aluminum?

Aluminum frame is for latch locking instead of zipper; read product description if luggage body is PC/ABS or aluminum. If body is aluminum, it is almost always aluminum frame w/latch locking.Travelhouse is aluminum frame but with PC/ABS body. Kron all aluminum is all aluminum. All aluminum is most expensive; in my view aluminium body has no advantage over PC body except to say you paid a lot for the aluminum look . For me, recommend PC (not ABS) body, YKK zipper, and reinforced corners, for check-in luggage and carry-on luggage.All-aluminum and aluminum frame tend to be heavier than PC, by about 30%. For 30" luggage, PC is 10 lbs while aluminum is about 13 lbs.

In my experience, the 20" I always take as a carry-on. The 24" does not meet the standards of a carry-on, but it will fit in the overhead of some large aircraft and the gate staff may or may not make you gate check it.
