Very good for beginners, not flashy, well built.
I haven’t used this plate for a long time but I am impressed by it. Good metal build, basic functions but does the job. Wakes you up in the morning !!I am would recommend and it’s not as expensive or flashy as others. Excellent for beginners.

Shake that fat away
I did a lot of research before choosing this item, I'm so pleased I did. I bought this in preparation for ski prep and in 3 weeks (max ten minutes daily) had solid thighs. I haven't noticed any toning elsewhere but then I had only concentrated on my legs but other people noticed and commented on a slightly trimmer waist and a more pert rear. I stick to the lower levels as above level 20 the fat I did not know I had wobbles and after time becomes itchy. The only downside was the missing uk plug which was swiftly supplied once the supplier was alerted.
